One of his very first innovative designs, the P. Bag by Giancarlo Petriglia is a small, extravagant, special piece that is sure to turn heads. His colour scheme has been inspired by Miró, which is clear to see from the combination of hand-painted, white leather with a zebra pattern. The red trim adds a refined touch, with the handle and gold-decorated, detachable shoulder strap also exuding sophistication. The matte-gold clasp features two winged creatures to round off the extravagant look. The bag has separate interior compartments which are opened with two flaps, one sitting inside the other.

Giancarlo Petriglia’s identity is recognisable from its logo: two parallel griffins, mythological guardians of the gold and of the most precious things on earth. It’s from this concept of preciousness that the brand philosophy was born and took shape. The designer synthesize it saying: “My aim is simply to create luxurious and glamorous bags”. Main focus of the collection is the Made in Italy craftsmanship. All his creations are handmade in Sicily, where the designer re-discovered the mastery and the emotions of this land. He won the 8th edition of Who’s on Next, sponsored by Vogue Italia and Alta Roma. The brand keeps incessantly gaining notoriety and recognition as well as a satisfactory distribution throughout the best worldwide shops.
